Subscription Terms

1. What the subscription opens

1.1 The QRstop subscription gives access, from https://www.qrstop.com, to the whole platform: unlimited QR code creation, advanced customisation, dynamic QR codes, scan tracking and export in every format offered.

1.2 Last updated: 13 July 2026.

2. Price and tax

2.1 Access begins with a trial offer of $1.61 for 48 hours, and then continues at $87.71 per month.

2.2 Amounts are stated inclusive of all taxes. The applicable tax is that of the customer's country of residence.

3. From trial to monthly subscription

3.1 The trial offer runs for 48 hours from subscription and gives access to every feature.

3.2 At the end of those 48 hours the monthly subscription starts automatically, unless cancelled beforehand. It is then charged on the same date each month.

4. Payment method and price revision

4.1 Charges are taken automatically from the payment method registered at subscription and appear under the descriptor QRstop.com.

4.2 The customer keeps a valid payment method on file and may change it at any time from the account area.

4.3 Any change in price is notified by email at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect; the customer remains free to cancel before that date.

5. Cancellation

5.1 The subscription has no minimum term and may be cancelled at any time.

5.2 Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Access remains open until that date and nothing is charged afterwards.

6. What happens to your QR codes after cancellation

6.1 Dynamic QR codes stop resolving to their destination once the subscription ends: the redirection and its statistics are discontinued.

6.2 Static QR codes already exported keep working, as QRstop plays no part in reading them.

6.3 We recommend downloading your exports and statistics before the subscription ends.

7. Failed payment

7.1 If a charge is declined, QRstop may re-present the payment and suspend access to the platform until the situation is resolved.

7.2 Failing resolution, the subscription may be terminated automatically, without prejudice to any sums still owed.

8. Right of withdrawal

8.1 A consumer customer resident in the European Union has fourteen (14) days from subscription in which to withdraw.

8.2 By requesting immediate access to the service, the customer asks for it to be performed before that period expires and loses the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

9.2 Before raising a dispute with their bank, customers are asked to contact QRstop first, as most situations are resolved within a few business days.
